There is a rare find in Piriapolis.

We have a 10,000 square meter plot of land actually on the beach. As you may know, most beach property is not really on the beach. Nine times out of ten the land is not on the waters edge, it’s on the opposite side of the beach road. Most beach access is Public Domain in Uruguay.

The listings we have under Property for Sale, Piriapolis section is fairly representative of the middle market. But  hold the  phone! That’s not the whole story!

At this time, we have bout 40 properties for sale: houses, flats and some land for sale. Since I’m the technology flunky for the company, this will take awhile for my to get these up.
