Another option is a complete Internet Marketing Program which includes: several posts about the property/project, public relations articles in other media, managing leads, identifying as well as placing ads on other sites that will compliment this one (Search Engine Optimization.)

Between these two extremes is middle ground which includes a Basic Listing and three to four additional articles/posts which could promote the specific location, the project, thereby enhancing the property’s long-term position with search engines.
